Card names and references to real crypto assets (SOL, BTC, ETH, etc.) are used for entertainment and identification purposes only. In-game card statistics, abilities, and outcomes have no relation to real-world market performance.

2. Satirical Content & Real Persons

Token Clash is a work of satirical fiction inspired by the cryptocurrency ecosystem. Certain cards reference real public figures who have played a significant role in the public history of the blockchain industry.

• All references to real persons are satirical, fictional, and for entertainment purposes only. They do not represent the actual views, statements, or actions of those individuals.
• Character abilities, lore texts, and card descriptions are creative interpretations and not factual accounts.
• No endorsement by, or affiliation with, any referenced individual or organization is implied or intended.
• References to controversial events (e.g., exchange collapses, governance scandals) are presented as satire and community in-jokes widely known within the Web3 ecosystem.

3. NFT & Digital Asset Risk

Card NFTs minted through Token Clash are digital collectibles on the Solana blockchain. By participating in the game and minting NFTs you acknowledge:

• NFTs may have no monetary value. Owning a card NFT does not guarantee any financial return.
• Smart contract risk. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Token Clash is not liable for losses resulting from user error, wallet compromise, or smart contract exploits.
• Market volatility. The value of NFTs and SOL used to purchase packs or enter prize pools can fluctuate significantly. You may lose the SOL you spend.
• No guaranteed prize pool. Prize pool payouts depend on on-chain escrow mechanics. In the event of a critical contract bug, funds may be at risk.
• Alpha/Beta software. Token Clash is in active development. Bugs, downtime, or game resets may occur. Card balances and rules may change.

4. Skill-Based Game — Not Gambling

Token Clash is designed as a competitive, skill-based card game. Match outcomes are determined by player decision-making, deck construction strategy, and in-game choices — not pure chance.

• Randomness exists only in card draw order (same as all trading card games).
• Prize pool modes (Ranked, King of the Hill) require an entry fee but are competitive games of skill, not games of chance.
• Token Clash does not constitute gambling under our interpretation of applicable law. However, regulations vary by jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure participation is legal in your country or region.

5. Age Restriction

Token Clash is intended for users 18 years of age or older (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). By connecting your wallet and playing the game you confirm that you meet this requirement.

6. Crypto Asset Names & Trademarks

Token Clash references cryptocurrency names, tickers, and logos for the purpose of identifying the real-world assets that inspired each card. This is done under the principles of nominative fair use for the purpose of commentary and satire within a creative work.

Token Clash is unofficial, fan-made, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any cryptocurrency project, foundation, company, or individual referenced or depicted in the game.

7. No Price Tracking

Token Clash does not track, display, or base any gameplay mechanics on real-world cryptocurrency prices. Any resemblance between in-game card statistics and real-world asset performance is coincidental.

8. Jurisdiction

Token Clash is operated as a global service. Users are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with local laws and regulations regarding digital assets, NFTs, and competitive gaming with prize pools.

Users from jurisdictions where participation would be illegal are prohibited from using the service.
